The ceiling in this old building was cracked and irregular. We wanted to give it some life and inspiration, while also camouflaging its flaws.  We started by applying a pearl Lusterstone finish to reflect light, and turn bumps and cracks into interesting details; later we added an ethereal painted sky and custom filigree design to create the impression of a skylight, without being overly literal with it.  The result gives the room a focal point and draws attention away from the oddly shaped and irregular ceiling.
